Low Country Shrimp Boil ~$25pp
A combination of shrimp, andouille sausage, corn, summer squashes and potatoes boiled together in a large pot, on site. A Lowcountry boil should be served on a large table covered with paper for easy clean up and for a fun, self serve style party. The rule of thumb here is the bigger the crowd, the bigger the pots and the more fun.
Served with Cocktail & Remoulade Sauce for Dipping, Green Salad, House Corn Bread and Seasonal Fruit Cobbler
PNW Clam Bake ~Starting at $26pp
Typically roasted over wood embers, this fire proof version boils mussles, clams, snow crab legs, new red potatoes , keilbasa, corn, white white and loads of butter in a large pot, on site. Served either in large pans on the table or spread out for all to grab like the lowcountry boil.
Served with Green Salad, Hush Puppies and Seasonal Fruit Cobbler
Cuban Pig Roast, Simplified ~Starting at $24
Traditionally a whole hog, we’ve simplified it with a bone-in pork shoulder marinated in a classic mojo sauce before roasting in a Caja China. Presented and chopped on site!
Accompanied with: Camarones al Ajillo, Frijoles Colorados with Rice, Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges and Arroz con Leche.
Fish Fry ~Starting at $20pp for up to 40 people
If you are looking for an alternative to your tpical summer BBQ, then may I suggest a southern Fish Fry? A fish fry is a community event, a party! Cornmeal crusted cod pieces fried to crispy goodness is the base of it all.
Served with southern Cole Slaw, Hush Puppies and BBQ Pulled Pork Beans. Finished with a seasonal fruit bread pudding.
