Interactive Food Stations, the Perfect Addition to Your Oregon Event
One of my favorite food trend is the interactive food station. Not everyone has to eat at the same exact time or with the same size portion anymore. Your guests can mill around, visit with each, have a drink or two, graze or not. I think it’s fantastic! Besides the freedom and control that food stations offer, they also offer that little something different than the typical buffet or sit down dinner – a chef. If you choose a chef manned interactive station, you can provide your guests with a show of sorts. People enjoy watching their meals being cooked for them. However, if you chose a self serve interactive food station, again give your guests more control on what and how much they eat. This is an especially important thing since there are lots of food allergies and dietary restrictions these days.

Oyster Bar (Chef Manned)
Fresh shucked oysters served raw or heated on the grill will add a certain level of fun and elegance to your next event.
This is perfect for brunch and dinner. Flaky buttermilk biscuits with options like, butter n’ jam, sausage gravy, fried chicken, pimento cheese, pulled pork and so much more.
These are loads of fun with lots of options like caramel apples, ice cream sandwich dipping stations or Sunday’s.
