Have some Questions for Us?

“Can You Create Custom Menus for Our Event or Wedding?”

Yes, we love to create custom menus for our clients and brides! We do take a $150 non-refundable deposit to start planning your menu. This deposit will go towards the final bill. Keep in mind that our custom menus start at $30 per person.

“Most Caterer’s & Restaurants Have a Service or Gratuity Fee. Do You Have A Fee or is it all Inclusive?”

“We do have a 20% service/gratuity fee of final food costs. This is for all events, including weddings.”

“Can You Setup the Buffet and Come back for the Items Later?” 

We do not come back to pick up the buffet display. Our policy require that you drop off the items within 48 hours of your event.

“Will You Provide the Rentals for Our Event?” 

We do not provide rentals for our catering events and we do ask for at least an 8ft table to set up for our buffet. We can highly recommend giving Bend Party Rentals a call and they will help you order the right number of items.

“What if I Have Less Than 20 Guests?”

If your event or dinner has less than 20 guests, we can still supply, setup and charge for 20 people. Once your event is over, we will package your leftovers in sealed disposable containers.

“What if We Would Like Everything Delivered in Disposable Containers and Platters? Can We Get a Discount on the Food Costs?”

Our catering menus our priced accordingly for use of serveware. We will be more than happy to deliver and set up as you wish but we can not offer a discount. You can always take a look at our To-Go! online order menu as well.
