Our Simply Casual Menus are designed for the less formal, family style events but still allow a certain amount of customization to them. Each season we add some new items and take others away. However, client favorites will always stay! Pick and chose from entrees, sides, salads, desserts and even finger foods.

All dishes are set up in aluminum containers or cardboard platters. All entrees, side items, platters, starters and desserts are packed full for 8-10 people for a half order or 18-20 people for a full order.
We please ask for at least a 72 hour notice for orders because we make everything from scratch. Please see below for further nitty gritty info.

Herb Roasted Chicken ~$95/$140 (GF)
A mix of chicken breast and chicken thighs, marinated with garlic and rosemary before being roasted. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes.
Cedar Planked Salmon ~$120/$180 (GF)
Wild sockeye salmon filet, 2 or 4 whole sides, roasted in the oven on a cedar plank with a delicious yogurt tzatziki sauce on the side. Served with a lemon and spinach orzo pasta salad.
Ground Beef and Kidney Bean Chili ~$90/$145 (GF)
Chunky style ground beef sautéd with 3 different chilis for balance, not heavy spice. Beef stock, tomatoes, kidney beans and load of different spices. Served with cheddar, sour cream, minced onion and choice of baked potato or elbow macaroni and cheese.

House Meatballs with Spaghetti ~$90/$160 (GF)
A classic mixture of ground beef and pork with lots of fennel, sage, garlic, onion and other aromatics. Simmered in a San Marzano tomato marinara with grated Parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread, semolina spaghetti or gluten free quinoa spaghetti.
Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl ~$60/$100 (VG, GF)
Fluffy quinoa with roasted sweet potatoes, butternut squash, red onion, red bell pepper, kale, toasted chickpeas and goat cheese. Tossed with loads of fresh herbs and a maple and apple cider vinaigrette.
~ add a 6oz grilled chicken breast for $5 pp or a 5oz grilled wild sockeye salmon for $9 pp
Moroccan Chicken, Chickpea & Dried Apricot Tagine ~$85/$135
Chicken thighs simmered in a white wine, 7-spice tomato sauce with chickpeas and dried apricots. Served with toasted almond and cilantro couscous.

Old Fashion Meatloaf ~$85/$130 (Can Be Made GF)
Everyone’s favorite! The perfect mix of ground beef and pork with a whole lot of secret ingredients. Served with a side of mashed potatoes.
North Carolina Pulled Pork Platter ~$80/$135
24 hour brine before being slathered in a dry rub and thrown into the smoker. Served with buns, vinegar coleslaw and 2 house made BBQ sauces: spicy vinegar bbq sauce and Carolina mustard bbq sauce.

A 25% deposit is requested for order of more than $200. Final order & balance are due 3 days prior. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & AMEX. A 2.5% fee is applied to CC payments.
The Nitty Gritty
Basic Disposables: Made from highly renewable resources and compostable, this is an affordable option for your event. Packages start at $0.75 per person for a plate, flatware and unbleached paper napkins.
Palm-Ware Packages: Made from palm leaves and water, this durable dinnerware is also very attractive! Packages start at $1.50 per person for a plate, flatware & unbleached paper napkins.
Monday – Friday: We offer delivery within 10 miles of downtown Bend, with rates starting at $10. Delivery for Sunriver, Sisters and Redmond starts at $50.00 with a $400 minimum order.
Saturday – Sunday: We offer limited numbers of drop-off delivery for Saturday and Sunday through the busy summer season due to the high volume of large, staffed events. Pick-up times can be arranged before 2pm.

At no charge, your order will be packaged in recyclable aluminum pans, on cardboard trays or decorative platters and bowls.
