Grilled Vegetable Wrap (V, VG)
A spinach wrap spread with a pesto aioli and filled with grilled balsamic portobello mushrooms, roasted red bell peppers, red onions, spinach and tomatoes ~vegan option
Italian Chicken Caprese Sandwich
Grilled lemon and garlic marinated chicken breast. Fresh mozzarella cheese, basil pesto and sliced tomatoes with mixed baby lettuce on a ciabatta roll. ~ vegetarian option
Southwest Kale & Romaine Salad
Mix of kale and romaine, sunflower seeds, tomato, black beans and pickled red onions. Choice of our house balsamic dressing or a cilantro and avocado ranch.
Lemon, Caper & Herb Potato Salad
Assortment of chocolate chip cookies, double fudge chocolate brownies and gluten free bars

All entree and side item buffet options are filled to feed 20 people.
House-made pasta sheets layered with our 8 our bolognese sauce, fresh béchamel sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl
Fluffy quinoa with roasted sweet potatoes, red onion, red bell pepper, sliced olives, toasted pine nuts and goat cheese. Finished with pan seared tofu and loads of herbs.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken
A mix of dark and white pieces, marinated in buttermilk for 24 hours before being pan fried to crispy goodness.
