Coming Summer 2018: To make sure your special wedding day is exactly as you wish, we are adding a small mobile kitchen to our arsenal. This way you can have your wedding in your dream location without sacrificing quality of food!

Southern Grit Sation
Pimento Cheese Grits, Cheddar and Jalapeño Grits, Creamy Smoked Gouda Grits
Accompanied with a carving station with a choice of: Herb Roasted Chicken, Brined and Smoked Pork Roast or Grilled Beef Tri-Tip Roast.
Toppings such as: shrimp gravy, beef grillades, bacon, cheese, scallions, vegetables
Oyster Shucking: Raw or Grilled with Fresh Ponzu Sauce, Shallot Mignonette, Chili Sauce
Mac n’ Cheese Station
Macaroni Baked with Gruyere & White Cheddar Cheese and a variety of additions; Slow Roasted Tomatoes, Roasted Jalapeño Chilies, Artichoke Hearts, Crab, Braised Short Ribs, Smoked Pork and Tri Colored Bell Peppers with a torched crisp buttery topping
Miniature Food Stations
Our collective imaginations are the only limiting factor! Chicken and waffles, mini cheeseburger sliders, tacos, biscuit and ham sandwiches, tiny pressed Cubans, soup shooters with mini grilled cheese sandwiches, shrimp boil skewer, wild mushroom and goat cheese tartlets, mini crab cakes, spaghetti and meatballs (for real). If you have a favorite food – we can make it bite size!
Italian Family Dinner
Starter: Meander around with friends while snacking on an anti-pasta platter filled with meats, cheese, grilled and marinated vegetables, breads
Salads: Sit at the tables while being served a bowl of Caesar salad, some bruschetta and caprese
Main Course: On-site grilled chicken that’s been marinated in garlic, rosemary, lemon and chili for some spice. Side dishes such as lemon and herb potato salad, grilled broccoli rabe with grated Parmesan cheese, cheese tortellini salad with fresh veggies.
Desserts: Family style portions of tiramisu and fruit parfaits
